How to Use

Choose a container with a drainage hole that is slightly larger than the current pot. Add mix, loosen the root ball gently, and set the plant at approximately its previous planting depth. Fill around the roots without compacting the mix, leaving space below the rim for watering. Let excess water drain rather than leaving the container standing in water.

Care Notes

Allow the mix to dry between waterings, adjusting for the particular plant, pot, light, and season. Watering can often be reduced in winter. Follow species-specific guidance, especially for plants that require an unusually coarse or mineral-heavy medium.
