The Madras Large Oval Bowl in Mint — handcrafted from sustainably sourced mango wood from protected groves in India. The interior is finished with a food-safe mint enamel coating; the exterior is natural mango wood with its own grain and striations. The contrast between the colored interior and the warm wood exterior is the defining detail of the Madras. Each piece varies slightly in grain pattern. Handcrafted in small batches.
The wide, shallow oval format works well for salads, fruit, bread, or any dish meant to be passed at the table. The food-safe enamel makes it suitable for direct serving. The Large size is well-suited for sharing at the table or as a centerpiece serving bowl.
