The Lady Onyx Cheese Set — three marble knives in Lady Onyx stone, sourced from Agra, India, the same region known for the marble of the Taj Mahal. The stone has rich streaks of green and pink running through a white base; the natural striations mean each piece is unique in pattern and tone. Assembled by hand in small batches.

The set includes three knives in different widths — a narrow blade for hard cheeses, a mid-width for semi-firm, and a wider spreader for soft cheeses and pâté. The marble stays cool, which helps keep soft cheeses at the right temperature on the board.
