There’s something inherently grounding about jute. The Hauenstein pouf is knitted from 100% jute — top and bottom — in a warm gray that sits comfortably between neutral and textural. The polybead fill gives it a soft, yielding quality underfoot: less rigid than foam, more responsive to the body, and satisfying to sink into.

At 14"H × 20"W × 20"D, it’s a generous scale — wide enough to use as a proper footrest, low enough to double as casual extra seating or a surface for a tray. The knitted construction adds visual depth without pattern, making it easy to layer into both traditional and transitional interiors.
